Built in 2014 by a renowned, local Architect, this California-style beach house allows you to bring the outdoors in with accordion doors off the living room that open to a large deck overlooking the Bold Atlantic with views of Ogunquit, Wells and Kennebunkport. Located adjacent to The Cliff House, this sanctuary is secluded yet close to everything Ogunquit, Cape Neddick and York have to offer. 2-3 miles to Perkins Cove, Ogunquit Beach, Cape Neddick Beach, Long Sands, Short Sands, York Harbor.
