Welcome to Sunny Isles!
This rental offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters as well as all hotel-like commodities such as hot tub, pool, gym, bar, sauna, restaurant and more! This Airbnb is not only steps away from the beach but minutes away from Aventura Mall , casinos, bowling & places for entertainment. You can also be at be at ease knowing there is a grocery store, Starbucks and pharmacies along with many brunch spots all within walking distance. Prime location for fun and safety! PLEASE NOTE: $35 resort fees/ day + $30/day for valet parking (if required) + $40 cleaning (every 3 days) will be collected upon arrival (These fees are paid directly to the hotel)

Credit card will also be required as a security deposit at upon arrival.
