Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, leafy original weatherboard Copacabana beach house .A short 7 minute downhill walk to beautiful Copacabana beach, this 3
bedroom home is quaint, cosy and well equipped for the perfect holiday or weekend away.A lovely large front deck catches the sea breeze and is a great place to entertain
outdoors with a BBQ or relax with family and friends.

The space - Open plan living , dining and kitchen with lovely large deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. Two bedrooms main with queen size and second with double bed, third
bedroom with single and trundle . It can also be used as a second living/ play area.

Well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
Games and books for kids and adults.
Netflix , Stan and Telstra TV via wifi.
A great beach house to escape to.

Small pets allowed on request with approval of host- $75 extra fee per stay applies. Please note yard is not enclosed and pets will need to be let out for toiletting as front deck is
not open to yard.

Guest access - You will have the entire house . There is an outdoor bathroom and laundry at the back you have access to and a cabin which is not accessible to guests. The
host may occasionally use the cabin but will always notify guests beforehand if this is the case and respect their privacy.

Other things to note - Multiple stairs to access to the house with one hand rail and steep driveway. You can park in the carport . There is a steep narrow driveway to the carport
which can be tricky to reverse down so should be used at guest discretion . The back yard is also only accessible by stairs and is small and bushy with no enclosed fencing .
