The Hosting Co welcomes you to this spacious family home in the beautiful suburb of Edge Hill, Cairns. With three bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and four bunk beds, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

The living area is cozy and comfortable, with plenty of seating for everyone to relax after a long day. Enjoy cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, or head outside to fire up the BBQ and enjoy a meal by the pool.
Speaking of the pool, it's one of the biggest in the area, perfect for splashing around with the kids or lounging in the sun. And when you're ready to explore the neighborhood, take a short walk to the local playground and park.

Our home is conveniently located close to Edge Hill's many restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as a variety of exciting activities in Cairns. Explore the world-famous Great Barrier Reef with a snorkeling or diving excursion, or take a scenic helicopter ride over the rainforest. For the adrenaline junkies, bungee jumping and white water rafting are also available.

Back on land, take a stroll through the Cairns Botanic Gardens, or head to the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for breathtaking views of the tropical landscape. And with Cairns city center just a short drive away, you'll have easy access to all the area's top attractions.

Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
