Discover Little Palm, where laidback, tropical living meets convenience. Relax under the shaded gazebos by the resort pool, make use of the shared BBQ facilities, or dine al fresco on your private balcony overlooking the pool. Two bedrooms both offer their own bathroom, while split-system cooling keeps you comfortable year-round. You’ll be a short stroll from the local cafes and Piccone’s Shopping Village, with the CBD just a 10-minute drive away.
The open-plan living area features contemporary furnishings and laidback style, connecting effortlessly to a large private balcony overlooking the resort’s pool. Ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing, the balcony offers a serene space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and cooking equipment, allows for self-catering during your stay. A TV caters to your evening entertainment.
The two generous bedrooms each have their own bathroom and built-in robes. The main bedroom includes a queen bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is well-stocked with kids' toys, and a porta cot, travel pram, and highchair are available on request.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, providing convenience for longer stays. A secure allocated car park is available within the gated community, ensuring safety and convenience.

Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
