Warm, chic with luxe details and view overlooking the tropical pool (heated for the cooler months), this well-equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with a Nespresso machine, is a delightful space to prepare and cook meals. Thoughtfully designed, this space is equipped with near new appliances, full butler’s pantry and everything you need for your holiday. Sit on one of the four bar stools along the pale stone island bench and let the conversation flow effortlessly throughout the space.

The focus on comfort extends to the four bedrooms, which are warm and inviting. The guest bedrooms sleep: bedroom (2) two on a king bed (can be split into two singles), bedroom (3) two on two king singles and bedroom (4) one on a king single. Positioned at the end of the hallway is the spacious master suite, complete with a king bed sleeping two, bedside tables and tropical garden views.

The contemporary ensuite is fitted with a large open shower, toilet, and vanity beside the spacious walk-in robe. Enter the main bathroom to find a deep soaking bath, expansive shower, separate toilet, and vanity. You’ll appreciate the ultra-modern design of this space.

** There is a laundry, complete with washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning and fans throughout. There is a double lock up garage available for two cars with additional off street parking also available for two cars.

This quiet location is also close to everything you need for the perfect holiday. Located only 400m away (easy walking distance) is Trinity Beach, one of the most favoured by Cairns’ locals. This area offers award-winning restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping plus a fabulous convenience store.

For those who want something a little special, step outside your front door to the purpose built ‘Blue Lagoon’. The pathway will give you the perfect view of the ducks having their morning swim amongst water fountains and fish feeding at the surface.

Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
