Family Friendly Surfside Home

Welcome to our Family Friendly home set back on Surfside Rd. With front and back yard with adirondack chairs around fire pit, lay back in the shade on the hammock. There is a large connect 4 yard game in the back yard too. Drive onto the shell driveway, located at the back of the house - which is located on Yompashham Lane (which is on a dead end st.). Then walk up the path to the specious deck with a deluxe grill, pottery barn table, chairs & umbrella (with lights). You'll enter through the slider door (Lock box is on the side of slider)... you then enter into the hallway (which the washer & dryer are located behind barn doors.) Walk down the hall to Dining area.

The dining area which was recently updated with Lily & Serena Dining room Table, Chairs & Baguette and the walls are hand painted/stenciled. New up and down blinds. Off to the left you walk into newly renovated kitchen, new appliances, floor, pottery barn dishes. The kitchen comes with spices & replaced each season. The Cozy living room has 3 couches and a spacious table in the middle for all to use. If it’s a cool evening the electric fireplace works lovely. There is a Large LG TV on top of the fire, and there’s cable, or if you feel like watching a movie a DVD player.
Off the kitchen is we=here you'll find the first full bath, the twin bedroom and master bedroom . The bedrooms have new floors and have been painted recently. The master bedroom has a Queen bed & is beautifully decorated with Lily and Serena bedding.

The upstairs stairs are located off the living room and offer newly decorated two queen bedrooms (with Pottery Barn Bedding) and another full bathroom.

There is a property manager that lives above the garage, she also has a part time job & does not use the yard. If needed you would contact me and I would be in contact with her and when she isn't available, I have another person to help out

Also, we do have two ring camera’s (one is above the garage door and the other camera is on the shed)
