The main living areas has open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seating 8 and lounge area, a split system air conditioning unit offering cooling and heating.

Sensational outdoor living on the large rear deck, fully protected with pull-down café blinds ideal entertaining area providing excellent entertaining & dining options while overlooking the neat, mainly lawned backyard for kids and pets + boundary shrubs providing nice privacy.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
