It has LED lighting, heating, video monitoring, an alarm system, and LED lighting. In addition to having a private pool, Villa Emma is situated on a 50-hectare estate that is only used by visitors.

The Villa is on two floors.

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with large, antique outdoor oven + elegant wooden gazebo with tables and chairs, sunbeds and barbecue - cellar ideal for aging fine wines and for maturing cured meats and cheeses - large bathroom with sink and shower - room with washing machine and household hygiene products - billiard room with corner for tasting liqueurs and cigars / Tuscan pipes - library / painting room with piano and double sofa bed (with super comfort mattress) / technical room.


First floor: Accessed from the ancient internal stone staircase and we find: a large living room with large TV and satellite system, DVD, wifi system and CD player. In the living room there are elegant Chesterfield sofas and an ancient fireplace. The corridor leads to the 3 large double bedrooms. All rooms have fans.

Guests have access to a 250 square meter courtyard in the garden at the rear of the home, which is equipped with an antique fire pit. The villa sits facing the sunset, and the setting creates a wonderful atmosphere.
A brick swimming pool with a salt water system, natural stone lining, and a sun shower is available for guests only (3X10m, depth: 1,5m).
