Welcome to our mountain retreat! A modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house near Storyland & Attitash that offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure, ideal for families and friends seeking an unforgettable getaway.

About the space:
Located in a quiet community this new construction home has 3 bedrooms, 2 fully bathrooms, central AC, soaring cathedral ceilings, a peaceful front deck, loads of windows, and more!

Top floor:
2 bedrooms (1 has a king bed and the other has 2 full beds), 1 full bathroom, small sitting area.

Main floor:
1 bedroom (1 queen bed, 1 full over queen bunk bed), 1 full bathroom, open concept kitchen/living room and dining area.

Basement:
Small area with a few games (basketball, indoor golf putting mat) and a washer and dryer.

Other things to note:
There is no electric car charging on site.
House rules
* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement booking and before arrival.
* No pets – sorry, Fido has to stay home.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars, and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 PM - 8 AM
* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises
* Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
* Follow check-out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc.

Perfect!

My family stayed here for a few days while we visited Story Land. The pictures are exactly what you get- a pristine welcoming home with large bedrooms, complete with toys and games for kids, a large living room and deck, as well as a game room in the basement. My son had a blast here. The beds are very comfortable, and the bunks beds were double or queen sized so all beds could easily accommodate adults. Another positive if staying in warmer summer months is central air throughout the home. Jason was extremely attentive and made the process from check in to check out seamless. The neighborhood felt safe and secluded. Minutes from Story Land, great restaurants, and beautiful state parks. We will definitely be returning!

Great for kids!

This place exceeded our expectations even over in person! They had a ton of games and books for kids (and adults if we had time) not to mention super close to storyland and the center of town. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it

Extended weekend getaway

The property was beautiful and comfortable. I loved all the games and activities for the kids. I would absolutely recommend to others. The property owner was very responsive.
