Private Section of Wingaersheek Beach Front Home on top of the dunes.
Our home since 1979 where our children grew up now offers other families to enjoy this very special location and home. Set on the Dunes of Wingaersheek Beach is a sight to behold. Listening to the waves rolling on the shore creates a wonderful relaxing encounter. No undertow or drop off on the Beach allows everyone to enjoy the ocean and soft white sand.
Our home has recently remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 marble bathrooms, full supplied kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances. We have a upper deck which offers 180 view from Cranes Beach accross the Essex River to the Annisquam River. Bald Rocks is directly in front of our home, enjoying the tide hide the rock and when out, people enjoy searching for ocean crawlers. Wingaersheek is 1 1/2 miles long, with wonderful scents, waves, birds as you walk along the white sandy beach.
Many unique shops and delicious restaurants in Gloucester, museums, whale watching, fishing, clamming (with licenses). A short drive to Rockport only 20 minutes away as well.

We live in Boston, Massachusetts, with Gloucester around an hour from home, allows us and guests to arrive in short time to the Beach House. Almost a feeling of being in a different part of the world.

Being right on the Private Section of Wingaersheek Beach is as amazing a sight, listening to the Ocean, seeing the birds flying, walking the 1- & 1/2-mile Beach is an experience to enjoy and remember for a lifetime.
What makes this property unique
This location in Gloucester, with, restaurants, museums, shops, history is a tremendous advantage to this Beach Community. We recently complected a full renovation of our home. Our living level deck offers 180 views from Castle Island to the Annisquam River, on a clear day coast of Maine. The sound of the Ocean rolling onto the Beach, scents of the ocean and tranquility is refreshing.
