This fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment sits within an abundance of Cafes, restaurants, entertainment, pubs, clubs, and shops and transport.

Guest Access:
The Guest will have access to the entire studio apartment and it's private balcony.
Guests can also enjoy use of the complex's shared gym, large terrace and BBQ area.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the eastern shoreline of Port Phillip, Frankston has been a popular seaside destination of Melbourne since the 1880s. Frankston Beach is still one of the most frequented in Victoria, and is recognised as one of the cleanest in Australia.
Easy walking distance to Frankston's beach, major shopping centres, restaurants hotels, nightclubs and cinemas

Getting Around:
Frankston has many forms of transport available.
Apartment's location makes it easy walking distance to the beach, major shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas
Trains run frequently to the Melbourne CBD via the Eastern Bayside suburbs.
Frankston is a major bus terminal and Buses run frequently in all directions including the Mornington Peninsula, the Airport and Melbourne CBD.
There is a taxi rank outside the Frankston Train Station.
There are many Ubers available at short notice due to the busy nature of the area.

Other Things to Note:
-The washers and dryers in the shared Laundromat require payment. We advise that you do not leave your laundry unattended, as this laundromat is also used by the puplic.
- Once the starter pack amenities have been used, you will need to purchase your own essentials.
- BBQ is located on the balcony table. There is a power switch behind the BBQ. When you have used the BBQ, please clean it after yourself and apply a small amount of oil to internal surfaces to prevent rusting, before closing the lid.
Please wait until the BBQ has completely cooled down before putting the cover back on. It has a draw string to tighten and secure it to the BBQ. Store the cover inside when using the BBQ otherwise it will blow off the balcony. We need to protect the BBQ from salt air. If cleaners are forced to clean the BBQ, they will charge an extra $25, which we reserve the right to forward onto the guests.
There is a sensor light on the balcony. If this becomes annoying, switch it off at the point behind the BBQ.
