This 4000 sq ft Villa is perfect for extended families, 4 couples, or friends to gather on vacation. Surrounded by nature, its serene and calming decor offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and is an ideal location to relax and recharge. The private zero edge infinity pool welcomes the avid lap swimmer, young children and the sundowner Cocktail Connoisseur. Abrazar Sleeps 8-12 people in 4 separate suites, with 6 beds. Each with their private bath and outdoor seating area. The Grand Salon and expansive kitchen is the perfect place to convene and gather. A extra large Dining Table accommodates 12 people comfortably. All this within a short 10 minute drive to the town of San Juan Del Sur, 5 minutes to Playa Maderas and Playa Marsella surfing and beach time. A mere 3 minutes to the extremely well stocked Aloha Market for provisions and 20 minutes to the bustling town of Rivas for everything else. Situated on 15 acres, it doesn’t get more private than this. Vehicle is recommended.

About the host
Your host
I have been a Premier Host of VRBO for another luxury property in Vancouver, BC for over 6 years. It brings me great pleasure to provide a space for extended families or friends to gather, celebrate and relax. I discovered Nicaragua in 2016 while filming and bought the land in 2017. It drew me in completely and after visiting and vacationing there for years, I decided to build my dream. This newly constructed Villa was recently completed in March of 2023. Abrazar has been passionately co-designed by myself and Josh Thomas of Diseña y Obra. We have taken great pride in constructing Abrazar by incorporating the materials, resources, and culture of Nicaragua wherever possible. I hope you decide to experience it for yourself. I am pleased to welcome you to Abrazar and encourage you to ‘embrace’ Nicaragua. A truly unique place.
