Convenient location, clean and efficient.
Very good location close to Rundle Mall, supermarket and eateries. Apartment was clean, adequately equipped (apart from only one set of keys working for first few days), second bathroom small. We would have appreciated provision of hand towels and side plates - only large dinner plates provided. We enjoyed the property's pool.

Over all it was good. There was some noise through the night (2 of the nights) from the tenant upstairs. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The location was ideal as it was right in the CBD and close to shopping, food and transportation. Communication with Lincoln was quick and responsive and he was very accomodating towards our requests. However I must say that I actually expected a balcony as it showed in the listing which was a little deceiving. The overall apartment was acceptable and suited to the needs of 6 adults. Thanks Lincoln !

Location was fantastic-lots of eateries/supermarkets/shopping nearby. Buses on the doorstep. Apartment had loads of space-2 bathrooms,kitchen and washing machine were a plus. Getting key,no problem-once we found the right box. Would stay again.Awesome.

Overall great place, big let down was the parking. If you book this place ensure you sort your parking in advance. Another issue was water flowed out of the shower in the main bathroom which was annoying as the bathmat kept getting soaked and floor slippery. Overall a nice family place.

Convenient but average, and not clean
This was a convenient location to stay in the heart of Adelaide, yet it didn’t meet my expectations and was average to below average in a few areas, mainly cleanliness. When we arrived, we had to do what seemed like a scavenger hunt to get the keys which were in a lock box partway down a ramp into the parking garage at the back of the building (although the host does not provide a parking spot with the rental) - we had to keep our suitcases from rolling down the ramp while we accessed our phones for the unlock code. The apartment is dated and not as clean as expected. The first thing my kids noticed were the long hairs on the tiled floors, so the first thing I did was sweep. Then I saw a pubic hair in my tub/shower combo. The bed and bedding in the main bedroom were below average. There were no accessible powerpoints in the main bedroom; there is one behind the bed but the bed is too heavy to move. There was no coffee maker - the listing doesn’t say there is, but it would be expected. There were no paper towels or dish sponge, so I went to the supermarket to buy these. The kitchen cupboards had dirt/crumbs, and the mugs weren’t clean (lipstick, tea/coffee stain), so I washed everything in the dishwasher before using it. The second bathroom doesn’t have a lip that separates the tile in the shower from the rest of the bathroom, which results in flooding half of the bathroom every time the shower is used. This was a huge inconvenience for anyone using the bathroom overnight.
