**Guests have access to all parts of property except the garage and there is a self contained 1 bedroom suite in the basement which is occupied and does not affect your enjoyment of the entire property.**

*Please note Stairs must be used to access detached guesthouse.* No large parties permitted in both spaces. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am. No pets permitted. No smoking on patio furniture please.
