facing out to the woods. Enjoy a short walk to the beach for a day in the sun or
beautiful sunsets.

The home features vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings throughout the
floor to ceiling fireplace, and an extra-large kitchen with 3 separate porches.

The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The yard is fully wooded with a large fire pit and
comfy seating area to host friends and family day or night.



Xanadune is perfectly located between Michigan City and New Buffalo to
enjoy either town at a short distance. From the many restaurants, casinos,
wineries, fabulous event venues, and antique stores. Bikes and walking trails
are provided for the two-wheeled adventurers and hikers who want to take
advantage of the outdoors. Tennis courts and the children’s playground are
also available, all within walking distance.
