The Space:
It’s hard to put into words just how special this newly renovated Queenslander is. With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cloakroom, and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, it’s perfect for families, groups of friends, or corporate stays. Please note, we don’t allow parties or events to keep the space peaceful for everyone.

As you park in the double carport or driveway and walk through the front door, you’ll be greeted by the bright and airy feel of the home. The master bedroom is a true retreat, complete with a queen bed, en-suite, and walk-in robe. The other three bedrooms are equally cozy, with a mix of walk-in and built-in robes. The main bathroom features both a shower and bath, and each room is equipped with its own air-conditioning, ensuring everyone is comfortable during their stay.

The open living and dining area is bathed in sunlight, but we’re sure you’ll love spending time on the large back patio, designed for outdoor dining and relaxing. And don’t forget the beautiful pool—it’s perfect for cooling off on warm days, all set within a generous 1000m² yard.

What we love about this home: Everything! From the space, to the design, to the beautiful Townsville breezes, this home is a true gem. The peace, privacy, and tranquility make it a perfect escape.

What active guests will enjoy: If you’re in the mood for adventure, the stunning Ross River is just a short walk away, offering scenic paths and plenty of opportunities to explore.

We take pride in making your stay comfortable, with linen and towels freshly laundered by a local service to ensure you feel right at home.

Guest Access:
The whole house and surrounds are your to enjoy while you stay here.
The gardener, pool and maintenance contractors will attend and maintain external areas.

As part of check-in we require photos of photo ID and Credit cards. These are destroyed as part of our post-check out process.
Self check is preferred.

The Neighborhood:
Annandale is a south-western suburb of Townsville, bordered by the Ross River to the north, Stuart Drive to the east, and University Road to the south and west. The Annandale Wetlands are situated in the north-east, adjacent to the river. The suburb offers convenient proximity to Murray Sports and easy access to several shopping centers.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car if you plan to explore Townsville. The house offers a carport, a driveway with space for up to 4 cars, and additional off-street parking for your convenience.

Welcome to your Townsville Apartments and Homes on The Strand property! We’re thrilled to have you and want to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Here are a few friendly reminders:

-Behavior: Please keep noise levels down, especially from 10pm-7am. Respect for our neighbors helps everyone enjoy their stay. Persistent noise complaints may lead to eviction.
-Cleaning: Help us maintain a tidy home by leaving it clean. Excessive mess requiring extra cleaning may incur a charge of $100-$150.
-Damage & Breakages: You’re responsible for any damage, wear, or missing items. Charges may apply if issues are noted after your stay.
-Keys: Report lost keys immediately. Replacement costs $75. Lockouts incur a $60 fee plus locksmith charges.
-Liability: We aren’t liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss. We recommend travel and health insurance for peace of mind.
-Lost Items: Left something behind? We can return it for a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs.
-Occupancy: Only the number of guests booked can stay at the property.
- Parties and functions are not permitted
-Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may lead to extra fees or eviction.
-Rubbish: Please use council bins for rubbish regularly and before departure.
-Security: Ensure all doors are locked and air conditioners turned off when leaving.
-Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. A $400 fee applies for smoking inside, and a $150 fee for cigarette butts found on the property.
