About this property

Jungle oasis with incredible amenities included. Pet-friendly. Family-friendly!

My two-bedroom, two-bathroom includes a rooftop hammock overlooking the Maya jungle, a balcony, washer-drier combo, fast wifi, a Nintendo Switch, Ninja blender, and espresso machine. Onsite access to 2 incredible salt-water pools, and two gyms. Located in the Aldea Savia community, my home is a 2 minute bike ride (access to 2 bicycles included) from Tulum’s main road and a 23 minute ride to the world’s nicest beach. All appliances are new and electric. Hot water tank is large, new, and fully dedicated to this unit. 3 air conditioners in unit for maximum comfort. This is a family-friendly area, very safe, extremely tranquil. Baby and pet friendly. Secure driveway for vehicle. Stationed attendants directly beside the unit for assistance and security. Unlike most locations in Tulum, you will not be supporting a foreign investor or wealthy corporation, but a native-born Mexican.
