Romantic valley Suite with opt outdoor hottub SHR1

Summary:
This romantic getaway is in a spacious ranch house in pristine valley. Amidst hundreds of acres of meadow, forest, and stream. No neighbors. Many hiking trails. Large outdoor hottub ($50 one-time fee for cleaning and chemical preparation).

***If you would like assurance that you will the only people in the house please let us know and we should be able to negotiate something with the on-site concierge.

THE BASE PRICE IS FOR TWO (2) PERSONS. $40/person/night charge for persons over 2.

The Space:
Large living area, kitchen, dining area.
Modest house in a very, very large setting. An outdoor spa need not be heated and serves as a pool. 150- and 300- gallon stock tanks may also be used to cool off and refresh during warmer weather. Big East Fork Creek is wonderful to explore and runs across the entrance to the property. Miles of trails begin just outside your door ! Unlimited blackberries during season (Late June to Early July).
Walk to organic farm and the nearby. Bike to Lake Gratitude.

Guest Access:
Access to livingroom, dining room, front and back patios, hundreds of acres of meadow and forest.

Three magnificent trails pass by the Southern Hospitality Ranch. The Short Meadow Trail goes through a pasture then crosses a creek, goes through a hardwood forest and ends at The Fork Inn. The Log Meadow Trail winds through a meadow, crosses a small creek, goes through a young forest parallel to Big East Fork Rd to the four-pole barn. One half mile along the Farm Trail brings you to Center for Sustainable Stewardship's Farm Store. The Governor's Trail starts right behind the Ranch. Trails are maintained by CSS. Donations gladly accepted!

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet location. Seven miles from historic Leipers Fork (Distillery tours, Puckett's Live Music - don't miss Thursday night's open mic) and Franklin (old time Main Street, fancy restaurants, boutique shopping). Nashville honky tonks are 23 miles away, midtown 19 miles away

Getting Around:
Private vehicle is essential for getting around. Uber / Lyft will bring you from Airport or downtown honkytonks.
