This loft features 2 balconies and 1 covered patio. The wrap around deck is great for outdoor dining. The loft deck has views of the luscious gardens, pool
and Timothy Hill with the ocean in the distance.170 steps to the Atlantic Ocean and a 10 min walk to the Caribbean Sea, Loft 17 is in the heart of Frigate Bay. We are walking distance to many restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, duty free, taxi stand, CICB banking machines, coffee shop and the Royal St. Kitts golf course spanning from the Atlantic Ocean to the Caribbean Sea.
This complex is located next door to the Marriott Resort which features one of the best Casino's in the Caribbean.
