Kiwi House, Luxury Escape Amazing Views

Situated in a peaceful and quiet area on the hills of puerto escondido you can find our beautiful home designed and custom built by two Kiwis (New Zealanders!)

Casa kiwi offers mountain, sea and sunset views, this is the perfect place to stay when you need to disconnect.

Carefully designed with emphasis on environmental sustainability the rain water is recycled into our water system, the house is solar powered and fully insulated ensuring a consistently cool interior throughout the day.

At Casa kiwi you will find a spacious bedroom upstairs with a comfortable king bed. The north facing window brings in a chill mountain breeze every morning, the best excuse to snuggle up. Enjoy Hot water & Starlink Internet.

Lay out in the hammock for an afternoon siesta & chill out sipping on a cocktail watching the sunset in our outdoor patio area upstairs. You will find that the house has been designed to get maximum sea views and refreshing mountain breezes throughout the day.

Downstairs we have a spacious kitchen, living & pool for your enjoyment.
Casa kiwi is still yet to be finished so you will find that on the main floor, a bathroom is blocked off for construction. Nevertheless you will enjoy the open living area, fancy a game of darts or chess and dive deep into our 2meter deep pool or enjoy the lush garden with our tall cactus towering over you!

Please be advised that Casa Kiwi is currently undergoing finalization, and as such, the downstairs bathroom is inaccessible due to ongoing construction. Additionally, the completion of the upstairs ceiling is pending. While these aspects should not adversely impact your stay, we kindly request that you exercise caution while on the upper level for your safety.
