HOUSE LAYOUT
The front entry leads to an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and breakfast table. The design is a vibrant blend of color, comfort, and sleek mountain modern. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of Village Lake and the San Juan Mountains, which is only accentuated by the warmth of the timber ceiling planks and grand fireplace. The living room offers ample plush seating, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could desire, including a coffee/cocktail bar area leading to the spacious dining room with seating for 8. Just beyond the living room are two bedrooms with very cozy Queen beds. Upstairs you will find the huge primary bedroom and luxurious en suite bath with a free standing soaking tub, large shower, and beautiful modern tile work. To the left of the front door is the laundry room with a washer and dryer and sink for convenience. The outside deck offers seating, a grill, spectacular views, and lakefront access.

- Dogs allowed with payment of the nightly pet fee of $35/per night for the first pet and $15 per night for the 2nd pet, and signed pet agreement. (2 Dog Max. Must get approval for other types of pets)
- Must be 25 years old to reserve home
- No parties or additional people staying in the home other than what is paid for. These are cause for eviction with no refund.
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
