+New paint, LVP flooring, appliances, cabinets with under cabinet lighting, sink, countertops, shiplap, furniture, new windows and blinds.
+New deck, stairs, HVAC, hot water heater, keyless entry.
+Grill and beach supplies provided.
Located on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. 2 Community pools.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.
+Towels (including beach towels) included on all rentals.
+Sheets provided on full week rentals ONLY.
+Smart tv's all rooms and hi speed internet wifi.
+Outdoor shower and picnic table.
+Parking for 4-6 cars.
+Keurig and regular coffee maker, iron and board, crock pot, stock pot, blender, hair dryers.
