The Velas Vallarta property is located on 4 beachfront hectares bordering Bahía de Banderas Bay. This refined resort offers 3 restaurants and 2 bars. Other amenities include 3 outdoor pools, a spa and a fitness room, plus tennis courts, a kids’ club and an outdoor playground. There’s also a business center with computers if you need to handle business during your vacation. You'll be steps from the beach, a 10-minute walk from Marina Vallarta Golf Club, about 2 km from the airport, and minutes from shops, activities, restaurants, and bars.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), about 2 km | 1 mile away. Onsite, free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is not included in long-term stays (30+ nights). It’s charged at 6 MXN per kW based on the difference in the meter reading from check-in to check-out.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- Guests have access to the spa. Fees for services are not included.
- In case you leave the AC on after your checkout, there is a fine of $25 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
To retrieve your keys, you must stop at the reception desk in the lobby and complete the registration process.
