This spacious one-bedroom apartment is arranged over the bottom two floors of our 100+ -year-old house. Large modern kitchen, private deck and backyard. Laundry. Family friendly. Located on a quiet residential street a short walk from some of Toronto's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Stroll to the bars, restaurants, craft breweries and galleries of Dundas West, Parkdale and the Junction Triangle. Indoor ice rink and kid-friendly park two blocks away. Enjoy your home away from home in Toronto.
THE SPACE
This very spacious one-bedroom apartment is arranged over the ground and basement levels of a 100-year-old house. Usually, we're living here, but sometimes we're not, and then we welcome you to enjoy our space as your home away from home.
Ground floor: 9' ceilings; open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen; private deck and garden.
Basement level: 6'5" ceilings, windows in every room, large hallway with seating and laundry, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, walkout to back garden.
Families: We can make toys, books, plates, cups etc for young children available if needed. A travel crib too.

You'll be staying in our family home (while we're not using it, of course). You can expect it to be clean, bright and well-staged for your arrival as any rental would be, but also to feel cozy and lived-in like somebody's home: books and vinyl on the shelves, kids' craft supplies and board games in the cupboards, a charming hodgepodge of supplies in our well-stocked kitchen.
