This sensational residence was built in 2022 and was meticulously designed for the people who love to entertain and spend time together with family and friends. The contemporary open plan casual living area to the sun-drenched outdoors is ideal for summer BBQ's and chill out time. The property is fully insulated with double glazing and top of the line heating to ensure when the days and nights do get cooler you are cosy and warm.

You will have access to our entire home all to yourself and Pinot Grove’s communal swimming pool (seasonal open from Labour weekend through to Easter.), tennis court and petanque area. (please note Pinot Grove's swimming pool, tennis court and petanque area are all shared facilities).
