Freshly renovated 3 bedroom home situated in a quiet street near the Campaspe River. It’s only a short drive to the centre of Echuca which boasts fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes and the historic port area.
Includes entire 3 bedroom house, carport, secure fully fenced yard on a large block. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

Enjoy a BBQ or nibbles on the spacious, undercover deck area.

This home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Echuca/Moama has to offer.

Bedrooms:
Main bedroom has a queen bed.
Second bedroom has a queen bed.
Third bedroom has a double bed.
Ceiling fans are in all three bedrooms. Quality bedding and towels are provided.

Living area:
The main living room has split system heating and cooling along with a comfortable couch and smart TV.

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, new ceramic electric cooktop, new oven, new dishwasher and coffee machine. Indoor dining table.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a spacious free-standing bath along with an inviting walk in shower. Separate toilet.

Outdoor area:
Undercover outdoor deck, 8 seater alfresco dining table, 6 burner BBQ, Fire pit area, festoon lights, medium sized fridge.

Backyard:
Enjoy the green grass in the fully fenced backyard which is made for relaxing.

The entire home and outdoor area is yours to enjoy with complete privacy.
Lots of parking space, carport, driveway and on street (no parking on grass).
There is one linen cupboard which is locked and not accessible to guests.

There is a minimum 2 night stay at this property.
Maximum 6 guests.
Strictly no parties, no smoking inside and no pets.
If you book and disregard the house rules then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately.

The house has been beautifully renovated with matching furnishings and lovely decor. It has everything you need including kitchenware and pantry staples. The heater along with the double-glazed windows kept us warm and we also enjoyed the outdoor firepit (wood supplied) and the board games. There is nothing we could fault with it and we would thoroughly recommend this to others. A wonderful, relaxing holiday.
