A peaceful area with a log home built by craftsmen. Sit on the deck and have your breakfast listening to the birds. Sleep in a bedroom with views of the forest and fields. Barbecue on the back patio with total privacy. Cosy up in the fall to a warm fireplace and embrace all the fall colours of our forest.

Originally from Scotland, I like Manitoulin Island because it is so pristine. It is a quiet place with country roads where you can take your time to drive and enjoy the fresh air. I like hosting because I worked for an international company in Switzerland as Housekeeping manager for executive suites.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is rural with farms and forest. I enjoy the wild life with deer, partridge and pheasants always to be seen in the fields. There are lakes throughout the island where you can enjoy the beaches.
What makes this property unique
The cabin is built with large pine logs. maple and pine floors and tongue and groove pine walls. Italian tile layers laid the floors and built the fireplace. It’s a peaceful rustic place to sit back and unwind,
