This newly built home features a 2 bedroom suite on the main floor with 2 fold-out sofa beds to accommodate 6 guests and a 3 piece bathroom. A large kitchen with an island that features ambiance lighting and a dishwasher. A/C, unlimited wifi, office space, a gas fireplace, 1 free car parking available, classy neighbourhood, and children's playground across the street. 2 free car parking available. The top floor is separate with separate entry and not available. There is a $200.00 fee for each pet. Only small pets are permitted on approval of the host. Valid picture ID's are required from all guests once a reservation is made. The front porch is off-limit. The backyard, garage, hallways, and driveway are shared areas.
