About this Cottage:

A modern bright home privately located in the secure South Eastern precinct of Adelaide city within a short walking distance of vibrant Hutt Street filled with well-known cafes, restaurants and pubs like Chianti, Bai Long, House of Chow and more.

Hutt Street is one of Adelaide's leading 'eat streets' located on the edge of the city centre commonly known as Rundle Mall/the East End.

About the Space

Enjoy urban living with spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, outdoor entertaining area, updated kitchen/bath, and garden. This newly refurbished cottage has 3 bedrooms. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, both with queen beds and luxury linens. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.

The cottage has an updated bathroom and toilet inside and a further 2nd toilet and laundry outside.

The kitchen has a dishwasher with all cooking utensils to make your stay feel just like home. The cottage also has an open plan living space with reverse cycle air-conditioning, 55” smart TV and a private courtyard with a relaxing outdoor setting and webberQ for entertaining.

High chair and Port-a-cot is available on request.
