Guests can bring their boat (or rent a boat locally), use the community ramp, and dock it on the property's dock. There is room for parking the boat trailer on the property.
✔ Guests should bring rope and anything else to secure their boat to the dock.
✔ Guests will not have access to boat lifts.
✔ Guests 19 and older must sign a liability waiver to be allowed on the property due to the surrounding water and water toys. A legal guardian must sign a liability waiver for guests under 19 years.
✔ Life vests must be worn at all times when on the water. Minors must be supervised by adults when around the water.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

We kindly ask you only flush toilet paper and natural waste in the home's toilets. The home is on a septic system, so please do not flush items such as wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or trash. If inappropriate items are flushed and cause an issue guests will be responsible for the cost to remedy.
