The Space:
This granny flat boasts a humble floor plan, featuring a delightful lounge area, an open-plan dining space, a modern kitchen, a powder room and bathroom, and laundry located within the property. Front door leads to a charming outdoor patio with a private courtyard, creating an ideal setting for relaxation.
