Private Home in Beautiful Alpine Setting

Summary:
3 bedrooms, one which has an ensuite, a separate bathroom and WC. Large lounge and kitchen area with separate lounge for reading, relaxing or watching TV. All modern appliances.

2 mins drive from shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, 5 mins from airport, 10-15 minutes to main centre.

Recommend own transport but this suburb is on the bus route. A superb location - only a few minutes from walking trails, fast food, activities & restaurants and bars. 15 minute walk to Five Mile Complex.

The Space:
Please note there aren't normally children in this house so if you are taking kids, please ensure they're looked after as everything is new.

Please note: the fire in these pictures will not be in use during your stay. There are heat throughout the house which heat the home very quickly.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, safe neighbourhood close to the Queenstown trails for biking, walking and running.

Getting Around:
This area is close to the bus route, so really easy to get to Queenstown and Arrowtown.
We have off road parking at the house for three cars.

Other Things to Note:
This property boasts an incredible location, offering convenient access to the ski fields. Avoid the hassle of town traffic or congestion on the Shotover Bridge.

Queenstown has mountain weather, which can mean a cold outbreak, even in Summer. We recommend bringing a wind-proof and water-proof jacket and some warm clothing at any time of the year.


Hiring a car is a very popular and convenient way to explore the Queenstown area and beyond. Remember that in New Zealand we drive on the left and our roads are often narrow and twisty. Don't fall into the trap of planning car travel times based on the distance you might be able to cover on a highway at home.
