Our spacious house boasts 6 bedrooms, 8 beds, and a cozy sofa bed, accommodating up to 15 guests comfortably. Ideal for large groups or families, our home offers ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, yet conveniently close to local attractions, it's the perfect retreat for your next getaway.
Nestled in the heart of Mambourin, south-west of Melbourne's vibrant Central Business District, awaits your perfect retreat. This expansive abode offers a harmonious blend of modernity and comfort, boasting six elegantly appointed bedrooms adorned with eight plush beds, an additional inviting sofa bed, and a pool table, ensuring ample space for up to 15 guests to unwind in style.
Our home has two floors:
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, each with its own king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, allowing each and every member of your group to live in luxury. All four bedrooms have a desk area to work or study comfortably.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 double beds with an adjoining ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 king single – sized beds, separated from the entrance by curtains. The living room boasts a sofa bed that can occupy one guest and there is complimentary Netflix installed on the TV. Sink into the plush sofas, enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV, or challenge friends to a friendly game on the pool table for some added excitement.
The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring sleek appliances and ample counter space to prepare delicious meals for the whole group.
Conveniently located in a tranquil neighborhood, yet within easy reach of local attractions, this residence offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement for your next vacation.
Whether you're seeking a peaceful refuge or an adventure-filled escape, this property provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.
Access to the entire house. Please note the garage cannot be used but there are 4 parking spots available (2 in the driveway) and 2 on-street.
• We may ask for a government-verified photo ID, such as a driver's licence or your passport for security purposes.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY. Smoking or vaping inside the house is also strictly prohibited. Penalties may apply.
• No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guest number including children as they must be registered as guests on the booking.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated; please respect the quiet hours.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights to conserve electricity.
• Please do not lose the house key; charges will be applied if it is lost, damaged or not returned.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge may apply.
• Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera is installed at the front, facing outside for added security.
• Happy to discuss long-term or recurring bookings at a suitable rate, please feel free to contact me.
• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.
