This quiet 3 bedroom house are spacious with living area and private backyard.
There's a Queen bed in Master Bedroom, 1 double bed and 1 queen bed in other two bedrooms.

*About Parking*
The driveway area is large and easy to park 2-3 cars in. It is also large enough to easily fit your van or truck.

*Guest Access*
You can access the whole house.
However, you can't park your car in the garage because it is used as storage.

*About check in*
Self check in . a lock box is installed, you can get the key from the lock box by passcode.

*Pet Friendly*
The property is pet friendly. Please keep your pet outside of the house. They are free to stay in the large covered patio area or backyard.
We don't charge extra fee for your pet's stay as long as they stay outside, but if your pet stays inside, that will incur extra $200 cleaning fee.

*Garbage Collection Day*
You will need to take the bins out to the kerbside on Wednesday night for collection. Just copy the neighour to bring the right bins out. After it is collected, please bring them back to the normal place.
