The Space:
Be one of the first to stay at this beautiful brand new custom mountain log cabin! If you are looking for a unique mountain getaway experience, you have found it! This is the place where family quality time, fun and memories will be made. This home is set up perfectly for 2 families or multiple couples to vacation together. There are four king bedroom en-suites and a 5th twin bedroom plus a 5th half bath on the main level. The king bedroom on the main level has a walk in shower and double sinks. The 2 king bedrooms on the upper level are identical and feature king beds and a tub shower. The home can accommodate 10 comfortably in beds. The bedrooms, great room and game room have smart TVs to stream your favorite apps. The game room has a ping pong table and a foosball table. Enjoy relaxing on the back deck in front of the fire table while taking in the beautiful sunset mountain views. The large concrete circular driveway as well as the lower gravel driveway can accommodate many cars. Any vehicle can easily make it to the property as all our community roads are paved. We have FAST HI SPEED WIFI internet that should be able to handle any needs including streaming movies, downloading, etc. Much of the house cabin decor was acquired locally in Black Mountain and Asheville. Guest Access:
Check-in instructions will be emailed approximately 2 weeks before check-in. There is a code to both the community gate and the front door of the home that will be in the check in instructions.

The Neighborhood:
Bordering a vast forest preserve, Catawba Falls Preserve gated acreage homesites has stunning views of the Pisgah National Forest. You'll feel a thousand miles away in your mountainside dream vacation home, yet you'll be 15-30 minutes from the culture and conveniences of Asheville and Black Mountain. There are numerous hiking trails, streams and rivers, and waterfalls nearby. Wildlife is abundant in the Preserve. The most common animals that you may encounter are deer, wild turkey, rabbits, birds, fox, and black bears. Wake up to a symphony of birds, turkeys and woodpeckers. The sunsets over the mountain valley will amaze you!
