The Space:
The master bedroom features an ensuite and a private balcony, providing a tranquil escape. The two additional bedrooms come with built-in robes, and the sleeping arrangements include two double beds and two sets of single bunks. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for socializing and relaxation, complemented by a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.

Step outside to a private patio where you can enjoy a BBQ with bushland views. The home includes two full bathrooms and an additional powder room. To ensure your comfort, there are two air conditioning units (one upstairs and one downstairs) and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a single lock-up garage with extra parking available on site. Guests will appreciate the approximately 700m walk to the beach and the 400m stroll to a cozy coffee shop, with local shops also within walking distance.

Please be aware that Vodafone does not operate in the area, and other mobile networks can be limited or patchy in Agnes Water & 1770.

Given the location's proximity to nature, guests may encounter some wildlife, such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds, on the verandah and in garden areas.

The Neighborhood:
Agnes Water, QLD is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.

Approximately 8 kilometres away is the neighbouring town of 1770, a gorgeous, historic place where Captain Cook landed all those years ago.

Along the headlands of 1770, visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.

We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.

Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.

It is a short walk to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.

A vibrant Sunday market takes place every second weekend.

We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.

There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.

There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.

Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.

Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily. The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 500 metres from the accommodation.
