A tennis court is situated on the property. Lake Massawippi and North Hatley are located less than 10 mins away with opportunities for boating, swimming, kayaking or paddleboard. Wonderful grocery stores and restaurants in nearby Ayer’s Cliff, North Hatley, Magog and Sherbrooke. A perfect property for families and those who want some peaceful time in the country.
