This 3 bedroom, 2 bath upper unit is in a great area for beach-goers. A family looking to spend most of their time on the sand and in the surf will love the location. It is also conveniently located two blocks from the local grocery store, restaurants, bank, and shops. There is a deck with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and enjoying the pastel colored sunsets. The queen master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom near the front of the property, and two guest bedrooms with a double bed in each. There is room for one vehicle in the shared garage.

Great last minute stay

We were lucky enough that the property happened to be available for a week long stay at the last minute. We’ve stayed at many properties and this one didn’t disappoint. It was a little rough on the exterior but after literally paying thousands less than we have in the past this was by far the most well equipped Newport property that we have stayed at to date. The kitchen had quality furnishings, it was Costco stocked with garbage bags, laundry pods, things that aren’t normally included. Two bedroom and a bath in the rear with a giant patio worked great for the teenagers. It may have been on the lower end of our budget but we would seriously consider renting it again and would confidently recomment it to others.
