DAMANGE DEPOSIT: In lieu of taking a damage deposit or card authorization we require guest purchase an $59 property damage protection policy. Upon booking we will reach out to you, with a link to purchase.

NO 3rd PARTY RESERVATIONS. (The guest who makes the reservation must be present for the entire stay)

PETS: Dogs must be pre-approved. House trained, on a flea/tick regiment, put a sheet on the couch to avoid pet dander, and crated when you are not at the condo with them. NO CATS ALLOWED. Additional Pet Agreement and Waiver of Liability required.

PARKING: 1 guaranteed assigned spot and 1 floater spot that is not guaranteed. There are 9 condos and 17 spots so 8 spots are floaters. So far we have not had an issue bringing 2 cars but again can’t guarantee the 2nd.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS will be applied according to the cancellation policy minus 3% transaction fee.
