Large, spacious historic garden cottage is an ideal space for the whole family and dog with separate teenage retreat at the back. Situated in a quiet street cut off from main roads but close enough to the city to explore nightlife & shopping on foot. 6 beds in total, 2 fold out sofas, studio at the back attached to the main house with own toilet kitchen & private cottage garden to relax in. Enjoy the piano, fireplace, netflix, games, books, organic herbs & vegies with outdoor BBQ & fire pit. 5 min walk to 3 popular pubs, 10 min walk to cinema, supermarket and CBD.
