For those mixing leisure with work, the studio includes a desk with blazing fast WiFi, making it easy to stay productive. When it's time to unwind, kick back and enjoy the smart TV, offering streaming access for a perfect evening in.

The bathroom maintains a balance of charm and function, featuring an older-style bathtub with a shower combination. Please note, the higher bathtub wall may not be suitable for those requiring easy access.

Outside, dedicated parking for one vehicle is available in a shared driveway, adding convenience to your stay. Nestled in the vibrant Seminole Heights area, you're perfectly positioned to explore local cafes, shops, and more, making this studio an excellent base for your Tampa adventures.

Guest Access:
You have unrestricted 24-hour access to your unit. Guests will receive a unique PIN for door access prior to check-in, which activates from arrival through departure date.

Seminole Heights is a historic neighborhood known for its quaint 20th-century homes in central Tampa. Known for it's historic craftsman-style bungalows, eclectic shops, and gourmet restaurants, Seminole Heights is ever-growing! The district has become known as a dining destination. Notable restuarant/bars include Rooster and the Til, Ichicoro, The Independent Bar & Cafe, and Ella’s Americana Folk Art Café.
This neighborhood is filled with shops, restaurants and bars and is up and coming! It has been redeveloping and homes are being updated leading to quite a popular area for those seeking to find historic properties. This charming borough is in the urban core of Tampa. All our adjacent neighbors are friendly and quiet. Our neighborhood is an emerging historic urban area, and we have always felt very safe here!

• Catering to your initial needs, we provide a starter set of consumables, including soaps and linens. For extended stays or personal preferences, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies to ensure their complete comfort throughout their visit.
• Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. The driveway shared with the neighboring units.
