The Space:
If you want a tranquil place for your family, close to all the best activities and attractions in La Paz, you've hit the jackpot! Our newly constructed home in the gated community called Hacienda San Miguel, Fraccionamiento Coronado featurs a fantastic communal pool with sun loungers, shady spots to eat, and BBQ grills. There's a playground area for the kids and within a few minutes walk, you have an Oxxo and Chedraui for groceries and general necessities.

When you aren’t out and about, enjoy spending quality downtime together in our lovely place that’s been outfitted with all the conveniences to feel right at home! The spacious open floor plan is great for socializing as the sitting area, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly flow together. Snuggle up on comfortable seating and watch a good movie on the wall-mounted Smart TV. Prepare homemade dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen, and pull up a chair at the stylish dining table where you can eat, drink and discuss the next day’s plans. It also serves as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. Just outside the door, you’ll find a washing machine for those inevitable spills.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Guest Access:

The home is inside a gated community with a security guard, a communal pool, BBQ grills, shaded tables for dining poolside, and a fantastic children's play area. You're just 5 minutes away from a food and shopping area with all the big stores like Liverpool, Walmart, Soriana, and Chedraui. And if you hop in the car, you can reach the Malecón in just 15 minutes, where you can enjoy delicious food and stunning sunsets!

The property is approximately 9 km |5.5 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 189 km | 117 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

- During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. We invite all our guests to help us conserve water by following the recommendations below. We appreciate your support and understanding & must inform you that the property runs on water tanks. We provide a full cistern upon arrival. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.
Turn off the faucet while you wash your dishes, brush your teeth or lather your hands.
Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering up.
Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests must climb stairs. There is no elevator.
- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team. Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the home and shared access to the communal areas and amenities like the pool, BBQs, and playground on the main street. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
