Nice place but lacking some important things

The house itself is in pretty good shape. Downstairs kitchen and living space is very new and in nice shape. Two of the bathrooms have bidets installed but not installed to NEC code with electrical extension cords tacked to the wall to power them. This may explain why we ran out of toilet paper in two of the three bathrooms. That would never happen in a hotel! Since this occurred on our last night of the stay there was no point in contacting the management. Also, the only coffee maker (Keurig) was non functional so we were unable to make coffee each morning. This is another no/no for a rental. Coffee drinkers need their wake up brew! The last issue we had was having no control over the temperature setting in the house. Again, we like it cold when we sleep and though the rooms weren't roasting hot, even with the fans that were provided, we were uncomfortable sleeping at night since the AC went off on its own.

Double booked

I had 2 nights booked for the location when I arrived another family was already settled into the property. Had to call 10+ times till I finally got an answer from management company. By the time this all took place it was to late to book another location and had to end up at a hotel costing more for one night then my entire 2 night stay was going to cost.
