Welcome to Birchwood, a comfortable 3 bedroom home in a quiet residential area, central to Richmond and Nelson. The home offers complete wheelchair access, securely fenced garden and pet friendly.
Relax and unwind after exploring the wonderful Abel Tasman, Rabbit Island, wineries, Mapua Wharf, hiking, Tahunanui Beach and much more.
Laundry facilities, TV and Fibre Wifi available. Small dogs are welcome with prior notice.

Master Bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite with accessible shower & toilet.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom contains two single beds.
An extra single bed is available if 7 guests would like to be accommodated.
Electric blankets on all beds.
Family bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet room.
Open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with a separate lounge. Walk-in pantry off the kitchen.
Air-fryer, microwave, DeLonghi coffee pod machine, nutra-bullet, stick blender, pie maker and many other utensils.
Laundry in garage with washer and dryer, drying rack and outdoor clothesline.
Garage with dog crate.
Wheelchair entrance via garage and an accessible ramp to back patio and garden.
