Summary:
This terrific townhouse basement apartment, brand newly renovated with 10 foot ceilings, is located conveniently right by Convention Center, and many other major attractions that are a must-see for any DC-trip! The Mount Vernon Sq. Metro Station is just a six minute walk away! Great for vacations, or business trips. This high-end, newly remodeled home is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring or working in the city, and we can't wait to welcome you!

The Space:
This home can comfortably sleep 4 guests in a spacious bedroom featuring a King size bed, and a Queen size pullout sofa. There is one full-bath, with a tub, and complimentary toiletries provided.

The state of the art kitchen includes everything needed to cook all your favorite meals. If you prefer to go out, you are mere steps away from some of DC's most popular eateries.

The living room features a wall-mounted large-screen TV, and lots of seating to relax after a long day out in the city.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. It is not shared. There are tenants upstairs, so please be mindful of noise levels.

The Neighborhood:
Located just off New York Avenue, near Mount Vernon Triangle, you will find many great attractions within walking distance, or you can easily hop on the Metro to get wherever you need in the area. The Convention Center is [] away! Despite its convenient location, you will find the space to be nice and quiet, and provide lots of privacy.

Getting Around:
The Mount Vernon Square 7th St-Convention Center Metro Station is a 6 minute walk from the house.

Comfortable stay
Apartment is newly renovated and has everything needed for a comfortable long term stay. There were only two downsides: 1. Since it is an English basement apartment you definitely don’t get much sunlight. 2. Pillows were really large and uncomfortable but that could be a personal preference too

Nice spot!
We had a nice stay at this property. It was very clean and well-appointed - exactly as advertised. The location was great and close to the Metro, food, a grocery store, attractions, etc. The host was very responsive.
