CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT INFORMATION:
Early Check-In: If you wish to check in early, we will inform you on the morning of your check-in date if it's available. Early check-in may be possible after 12 noon if the unit is ready. Please contact our customer service to confirm.

Late Check-Out: We do not offer late check-out options; the latest check-out time is 10 AM. If you need to depart later than 10 AM, please consider booking an additional night and coordinate your request with our customer service.

Please note that there may be additional charges for early check-in and late check-out requests.

● PARKING: There is a garage for 2 cars.
● SMOKING: Smoking, including cigarettes and E-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guest can smoke outside as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
● PETS: Well-trained small pets only are allowed.
● BAGGAGE STORAGE: For security reasons, we cannot provide baggage storage on the property.
● FOOTWEAR: We kindly request that no shoes be worn on the carpet.
● JUMPING: Please refrain from jumping on the bed or sofa.
● NOISE: Enter and leave the home quietly to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents.
● EXTRA LINENS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra cost of $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service.
● KEYS: Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed.
● CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
● DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
● PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of a complaint, fines starting from AU$2000 may apply.

Perfect Hills Locay
My parents, older brother and my husband and I stayed in this cosy home set in the hills district of Sydney. The home was spacious and had storage and all the necessities of a welcoming and functioning home. The only positive feedback to make this stay even better, would be to have an outdoor dining setting and more sitting arrangements in the lounge room. Other than that, it is across the road from the golf course, close to two shopping centres as well as being a peaceful get away in the business of Sydney.
