Lovely studio with everything you need. Recently renovated with all appliances and furniture new! Its a lovely light and bright apartment with morning sun!
Outstanding Location only a few meters from Melbourne University and just around the corner from Carlton Gardens. Walking Distance to city and FREE TRAM zone.

The studio has been recently renovated. Comes with:
- Fully Furnished Kitchen
- Electric stove / Oven for cooking.
- Microwave and all what you need for a perfect dinner.
- Little Dining Table
- Smart Tv mounted on the wall for Bed or couch viewing
- Couch & coffee Table
- Lovely and compact ensuite bathroom.
- Big size Fridge
Guest access
You have private access to your studio and the communal Laundry which is downstairs.
The studio is located at the rear of the property upstairs. It has its own private entrance.
Other things to note
- Private Parking is available at the rear of the property. There are 4 spots and work on a first in , first served basis.
If you intend to park, please provide your registration number so we are aware your car belongs to the property and has the right to park there.
There is also parking available on the street but it has limitations so you must check signs.
- Laundry is located at the rear and and shared with other guests from other studios. Commercial Machines coin operated, very cheap $2 - $4 aud.
- No oil, salt, pepper and any kind of food is provided
- Toilet paper is only provided upon check in as a courtesy. Same for bags, sponges, soap and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning equipment is basic.
- Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included.
