WHERE YOU'LL STAY
This light and airy townhouse is conveniently located within a small, quiet complex nestled right next to the famous and award winning Pembroke Patisserie. Perfect for a morning coffee and classic French patisserie with a modern Kiwi twist.

The beautiful Clutha river track is only a 1 minute walk away.

The open plan living area is on the ground floor and includes the lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The design allows for quality time together, whether you’re hanging out in the lounge or chatting in the kitchen.

There is a heatpump / air conditioning in this area for year-round comfort. In winter we know you’ll love cosying up in front of the gas fire after an action packed day on the ski slopes, or whatever activities you’ve undertaken that day.

There is great indoor/outdoor flow from the living area to a beautiful private patio. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a drink on a summer afternoon before heading out to enjoy the many great restaurants in Wanaka. Our guests also highly recommend the Albie Tavern for meals, drinks or takeaways. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from your front door.

There’s a well equipped kitchen so it’s a pleasure to prepare meals. Dine indoors at the four seater dining table or outdoors on the private patio - the choice is yours. Enjoy the convenience of a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

Both of the generously sized bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a queen bed while the other is setup with two king singles that (on request) can be placed together to create a super king bed. You’ll sleep well and wake up refreshed on the high quality beds and linen.

Centred in between the bedrooms is a modern, clean and bright bathroom. With fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A separate toilet found downstairs for your convenience.

This is a two-storey house and all bedrooms are upstairs.

The property is a self check in and you will not be met on arrival. You will be sent check in instructions along with the car park number and lockbox code prior to your arrival.

Towels and bed linen are included in the rate for this property. An initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and some kitchen supplies are provided..

Note that if this booking is made less than 24 hours prior to arrival we may not be able to change the bed configuration.

The unit has a dedicated carpark. Taxis are available in the area.
