This vacation home has everything you could want for your perfect getaway. There are TV's in 2 of the bedrooms, living room and outside to catch your favorite sports event or movie, poolside! There is also a corn hole game for some friendly competition, who knows, this could be the annual tournament every year! For evenings or the rare rainy day, open up the TV console for some good old fashioned board games and cards to play! A gas grill is also located in the back and there are beach chairs, towels and a wagon to make packing and beaching it very easy and fun!!!

Welcome back to Fort Myers Beach! While our island is undergoing reconstruction, our homes have been renovated or rebuilt. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. Be sure to read our listing descriptions carefully to choose the vacation location. We're excited to welcome you back.

A rental agreement that requires your signature will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The agreement needs to be complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most, but not all, properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have restrictions based on the weight, age, or size of the dog; however, 2 is the maximum number allowed. If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.

You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We provide Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your door lock code and check-in instructions through your guest portal and via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
